Chief Operating Officer (COO)
The Chief Operational Officer (COO) will be responsible for the “engine
room” of the WHO Foundation. S/he will ensure the optimal day-to-day
operation while supporting the CEO in developing and driving the strategic
agenda. Specifically, the COO will be responsible for Finance and Accounting,
Human Resources, and IT. The COO will also support the CEO in interactions
with the Board of Directors as well as other critical stakeholders.

Director of Development
The Director of Development will play a crucial role in the success of
the WHO Foundation, and its ability to reach its ambitious fundraising
target of $1 billion within three years. Working closely with and reporting
directly to CEO Anil Soni, the Director will be responsible for leading
all development efforts on behalf of the Foundation, communicating a compelling
vision for fundraising at the organization.

Director of Programming
We seek an international leader with strong intellectual and strategic
breadth, combined with practical operational knowledge across public health
and ability to forge and manage strategic relationships. This individual
will lead the Programming strategy and its execution for WHO Foundation
along with the CEO, the Board of Directors, and the Investment Committee
while the Foundation grows aggressively. It is imperative that the Director
of Programming plays a central role in setting the Programming vision for
WHO Foundation, aligned with its strategic objectives while functioning
as a bridge between the Foundation and broader public health architecture
around the world.

Director of Innovative Finance
The Director of Innovative Finance is responsible for engaging with individual
donors, the general public, corporate partners, co-investors, advisors
and other partners to catalyse and structure the private financing. S/he
will be responsible for the design and implementation of financial solutions
and mechanisms that create scalable and effective ways of channeling private
resources from the global financial markets, in coordination with WHO and
other stakeholders.

Senior Fundraising Consultant
The role of the Senior Consultant is to source and onboard major donors
to advance the Foundation’s fundraising and awareness raising efforts,
and to oversee the implementation and refinement of the organization’s
interim fundraising strategy. The Senior Consultant will ensure steady
progress is made towards generating income from major donors over the first
half of 2021. The WHO Foundation aims to raise $1 billion over the next
3 years. This role is critical to ensuring the organization achieves its
target including that of generating $40 million in seed-funding through
sourcing and onboarding founders. Circle members contributing to the core
cost of the Foundation over the next 6 months.
